Responsibilities
  • Remote monitoring of performance and component condition
  • Perform data-based analysis of performance deviations, technical issues and optimisation measures
  • Assess early detected failures from advanced algorithms based on machine learnings and manage the predictive maintenance process
  • Manage trouble-shooting process in cooperation with technical experts and O&M personnel on site
  • Ensure crossfertilization of know-how and experience among the supervised asset portfolio
  • Define, implement and maintain a fleet wide O&M knowledge management infrastructure
  • Manage the maintenance plans optimization process (against market, weather, technical constrains etc.)
  • Define, implement and maintain automated processes for effective communication and information flow among asset stakeholders (asset managers, TCMs, O&M, Traders etc.)
  • Supervision and continuous improvement of the (automatic) reporting process
Requirements
  • Mechanical or electrical engineer with 5+ years work experience in a similar position (knowledge of control room processes)
  • 10 years work experience in the renewable energy sector (wind, utility scale PV)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Structured and process oriented
  • Affinity with IT and software tools
  • Passionate, dynamic, people person, able to work in an international environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Good level of written and spoken English and German; any other European language will be considered a plus
